You'll have to use a web proxy, go to:  http://www.justproxy.co.uk or http://krabappel.com/ppi/

Paste this into the URL bar of the proxy:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/promic/

Hit 'Enter' and log in to your account. Then fill in the 'From:' and 'To:' boxes (can be fake) and the 'Email:' box but has to look like something@something.something

 When you are done click 'Send e-card'. You can now leave the proxy. The outfit should be in your suite.
