Go to: http://httpdserver.info/ or http://publicproxy.in/

Now Paste this into the proxy url bar:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/

Hit enter and log into stardoll. 

Now in the url bar of the proxy paste this:

http://www.stardoll.com/do/campaign/atbr.php 

Hit enter or click go.

Then log in and you will see ATBR Jacket.
